Love U 4 U,

not 4 me.

4 that in U which inspires me,

not that which sprouts in me thanks to U.

Not 4 how U affect me and my life,

but 4 what U are in the world,

irrespective of me or anyone else..

4 what U is,

which humbles, not satisfies, me.

To love for that which truly humbles; not worship,

praise or glorify..

not objectify a trait of character or the whole of it..

Rather to love..

to crave for intimacy

and reciprocity with that which humbles.. with value in itself.

The difference is more than huge.

It’s absolute.

To appreciate, be humbled and aspire

to reciprocate in utter separation

from any biological or psychological need…

This is to love.

Love is always 4 (because of) U,

not 4 (beneficial to) me.

Not infatuation, not fulfilment, not construction.

Not a phrase, a picture in words..

The one word that is above all the others.

before God,

save for the fear..
